City of Jacksonville issued the following announcement on July 27.

Jacksonville’s National Night Out is just two days away! 

Join us for a night of family fun from 5-9 PM Tuesday, August 2 at Riverwalk Crossing Park. 

We’ll have live music, children’s activities, public safety demos, 80+ vendors and 20 food trucks.

 Jacksonville Public Safety Community Services will also raffle off 87 bikes and 100 helmets for our youth. 

Shuttle service to Riverwalk park will be provided by Jacksonville Transit from 4-10 PM.

 Shuttle stops include New River Shopping Center, Onslow County Human Services, Onslow County Sheriff’s Office, New Bridge Middle School and others around Downtown Jacksonville.
