COUNTY OF ONSLOW: Board of Commissioners Met in an Emergency Meeting Sept. 29

County of Onslow issued the following announcement on Sept. 29.
The Onslow County Board of Commissioners has scheduled an emergency meeting pursuant to NCGS §143-318.12(b) (3) to take place on Thursday, September 29, 2022, 

Commissioners’ Chambers, Onslow County Government Center, 234 NW Corridor Blvd., Jacksonville. The meeting will begin at 4:30 p.m.

The purpose of this meeting is for immediate consideration of declaring a State of Emergency in the unincorporated areas of Onslow County in response to Tropical Storm Ian.
