County of Onslow issued the following announcement on Nov. 21.

The Onslow County Board of Commissioners recognizes November 2022 as National Adoption Awareness Month and urges all residents to support our children, youth, and teens by opening their hearts and homes through adoption, becoming foster parents, or by supporting adoptive and foster parents in our community.

Representatives from the Onslow County Department of Social Services accept the proclamation from Commission Mark Price.
