County of Onslow issued the following announcement on Nov. 7.

November is National Adoption Month and last year 11 Onslow County foster care children found forever homes thanks to the amazing work by the Onslow County Department of Social Services.

 Onslow County Today Host, Lisa Whitman-Grice, recently spoke with Social Work Supervisor Duchelot Pierre about how life changing it is to foster and adopt children in our county.
