County of Onslow issued the following announcement on Nov. 1.

The Onslow Civic Affairs Committee requests the honor of your presence at the Annual Freedom Fountain Observance Ceremony at 10AM, Friday, November 4, 2022. 

The observance is held each year to dedicate the fountain to those who serve and invites people in the community to renew the waters.

Parking will be available at Jacksonville City Hall located at 815 New Bridge Street.
