COUNTY OF ONSLOW: Three Onslow County Commissioners Took the Oath of Office

County of Onslow issued the following announcement on Dec. 5.

This morning three Onslow County Commissioners took the Oath of Office at the Onslow County Board of Commissioners’ Meeting. 

The Honorable James Walter Bateman III, District Court Judge, Presiding, administered the Oath of Office to Commissioners Royce Bennett and Tim Foster. 

The Honorable Robert Harding Gilmore, District Court Judge, Presiding, administered the Oath of Office to Commissioner Lisa Carpenter.

During an Organizational meeting, Tim Foster was elected as Chairman of the Onslow County Board of Commissioners and Robin Knapp was elected as Vice Chairman for the ensuing year.
