COUNTY OF ONSLOW: Turning Green in Support of Operation Green Light from October 3 through November 13

0Comments

County of Onslow issued the following announcement on Oct. 10.

Onslow County is turning green in support of Operation Green Light from October 3 through November 13.

The #OperationGreenLight program was started by the National Association of Counties to honor military members and veterans, and to ease the transition of veterans into civilian life.

Many communities across the nation are participating and we encourage citizens to display a green light in a window of their place of business or residence to honor those who defend our nation and to make clear that we welcome them in our community and places of employment.
