County of Onslow issued the following announcement on Sept. 5.
Due to continued shortages in material and delays, Belgrade-Swansboro Road will be closed for the next few weeks.
As soon as the materials arrive, crews will work as quickly as possible to reopen the road.
This is an NC DOT repair project and anyone seeking further information should contact the NC DOT, visit DriveNC.gov, or the department’s NCDOT_Scoast Twitter account.
