County of Onslow issued the following announcement on Nov. 7.
Most Onslow County offices and operations will be closed on Friday, November 11, 2022, in observance of Veterans Day.
Among the closures is the Onslow County Landfill for Friday. The landfill and convenience sites will operate as normal on Saturday.
Onslow Library branches and the Onslow County Museum will also be closed on Veterans Day, but both will observe regular weekend hours.
Onslow County Sheriff’s Office administrative offices will be closed on Friday, but Deputies will be answering emergency calls as will the Onslow County Animal Services Officers.
