Largest nursing home in Onslow County as of Q4 2023

In the fourth quarter of 2023, Premier Nursing and Rehabilitation Center stood out as the largest nursing home in Onslow County, according to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

Data shows that the nursing center had a total of 239 beds available, 59 more than the average in Onslow County as of the fourth quarter of 2023. They aided an average of 135.4 residents during that period.

Premier Nursing and Rehabilitation Center had an overall rating of 1 from the CMS, which lags behind the average of 2.6 recorded for nursing homes in North Carolina.

During the quarter, Carolina Rivers Nursing and Rehabilitation Center stood out as the second largest nursing home in Onslow County, with 120 beds available.

As of the fourth quarter of 2023, Premier Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has spent a total of $24,527 in two fines and suffered three penalties.

In total, there were two for-profit nursing homes in Onslow County, North Carolina.

But when you need that type of care, there are limited options.”
