A fiber optic cable in the area has been cut, and Richlands-area schools are still experiencing a phone and internet outage. As of 12:15 p.m., the estimated time of service restoration is 3 hours. 

Schools in the Richlands area are experiencing a phone and internet outage this morning. Thank you for your patience as we work to restore service as soon as possible.
