ONSLOW MEMORIAL HOSPITAL: Blood Connection Is Currently in Urgent Need of More Donations
0Comments

Onslow Memorial Hospital issued the following announcement on June 28.

Having a steady supply of donated blood is extremely important for our patients and community. The Blood Connection is currently in urgent need of more donations. Without a stable blood supply, patients like 12-year-old Rhys Shaw, who battled acute T cell lymphoblastic lymphoma, wouldn’t have a fighting chance at survival.

Donors who give from June 26 to July 10 will receive a commemorative T-shirt and an eGift card valued at $20. You’ll also have the priceless gift of helping sick patients.

If you are healthy, we encourage you to schedule an appointment by visiting https://thebloodconnection.org/ or by calling (864) 255-5000.
