On Saturday, Feb. 22, former Swansboro High School standout Robert Beatty’s current college team, the Norfolk State Spartans, lost 16-7 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Butler Bulldogs.
The game took place at Marty L. Miller Field. This was their first matchup against the Bulldogs this season.
The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 22 at 5 p.m. at Marty L. Miller Field against Butler Bulldogs.
