Of the 846 people living in North Topsail Beach in 2019, 47.3 percent (400) were women and 52.7 percent (446) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Onslow News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 271-to-226. In the 65 and over age range, there were 159 females and 130 males.
