Town of Richlands issued the following announcement on Sep 19.
Beginning Monday, September 20, 2021 GFL will be delivering new 95 gallon roll our carts to each address that receives solid waste collection services through the Town of Richlands. Each address will receive the number of carts assigned to that address. Delivery of the carts should be completed by Thursday, September 23, 2021. New carts will be black with a lime green lid and have GFL stamped on the side cart. Please do not use the new carts after solid waste collection has been completed on Thursday, September 23, 2021.
