Town of Surf City issued the following announcement on Jan. 7.
The Town of Surf City (Town) Department of Public Utilities (Department) is seeking Request for Qualifications (RFQs) from professional storm water planning firms to lead and facilitate the development of a comprehensive Stormwater Feasibility Study, Cost of Service and Rate Study associated with a stormwater management plan for the Town.
