City of Jacksonville issued the following announcement on Feb. 17.
Beginning February 21, Jacksonville Transit will end service at two stops on the Purple Route, Stop ID #NRD0229 and Stop ID #ONS1908 which served New River Drive and Onslow Drive as an access point for Onslow County DSS. DSS is now located at 612 College Street in Downtown Jacksonville. The transit Purple and Orange Routes both have stops on College Street.
