Town of Surf City issued the following announcement on July 21.
Public Notice is hereby given that the Town of Surf City Council will hold a Public Hearing on August 2, 2022 at 4:30PM.
This meeting will occur within the Council Chambers located at 214 W. Florence Way to consider the following item:
1. Annexation request for Pender County Parcel ID: 4235-23-1997-0000 & 4235-22-7321-0000
2. A request to modify Appendix A Section 2 regarding truck trailer usage
3. A request to modify Appendix A Section 2 regarding the official zoning map signatures
