TOWN OF HOLLY RIDGE: Accepting Vendor Applications For Upcoming Liberty Festival

Town of Holly Ridge issued the following announcement on July 29.

Town of Holly Ridge is currently accepting vendor applications for our upcoming Liberty Festival. 

Deadline: Friday, August 26,2022 to return your completed application and payment Attn: Chuck Strickland. Town of Holly Ridge, P.O. Box 145, Holly Ridge, NC 28445. 

Registration: Registration fee: Food $100.00, Crafts $50.00, Non-Profits $0 and Amusement $200.00 for a 20’x20’ space. No electricity will be provided. There are no refunds for inclement weather. 

Vendors should bring everything they need to operate their booth as well as food grade hoses; hand washing sinks; gray water containers, hand soap, money/change etc. 

Set up date & time: You may set up on Saturday, September 3, 2022 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM. If your set up time is longer than three hours, please advise us no later than the 26th of August to make arrangements. 

All vendor vehicles must be kept in designated areas. All food trailers must be detached from vehicle prior to event. 

Prices: You must prominently display food and drink prices.

Ice: You must bring your own ice. 

Food vendor applications must include a list of all food and drink products to be sold. No additions can be made to this list without written approval of the Town of Holly Ridge. To ensure a variety and to eliminate repetition, the town limits the number of food vendors providing similar or same products.

Health & Safety Inspections: The Onslow County Health and Safety Departments generally inspects the same day. 

Parking: Limited parking for all vendors may be available on the grounds. 

NO vehicles will be allowed in the exhibition area during the festival.
