Town of Holly Ridge issued the following announcement on Oct. 24.

The Holly Ridge Town Council has scheduled a public hearing to review a proposed conveyance of an interest in real property by private negotiation for economic development purposes during the November 10th, 2022, Special Meeting. 

The public hearing is scheduled at 12:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter following invocation, approval of agenda, and will be held in the Council Chambers of the Holly Ridge Town Hall located at 212 N. Dyson Street.
