City of Jacksonville issued the following announcement on April 6.
Jacksonville Transit is adding a new route to Bus service in the City beginning Friday, April 10. The new Blue Route, 104 connects with existing routes and offers stops at retail, restaurants and more on Gum Branch Road, Western Blvd and Bell Fork Roads. COVID-19 Note: Increased frequency of bus sanitizing continues, and drivers have been provided masks, gloves and sanitizer goods for use at their discretion. Seats directly behind the driver are blocked off to provide separation from the driver, and passengers are encouraged to maintain a 6ft buffer while on-board.
