Onslow County Parks and Recreation issued the following announcement on Aug. 7.
At Onslow County's Parks and Recreation we have spent the past two weeks gathering all kinds of school supplies for the upcoming Back to School Bash! We hope to supply as many children as possible with all the essential supplies needed for success!
We have received amazing donations from members of the community, as well as from local vendors. We cannot thank you enough for all the support!
If you, or anyone you know, is interested in donating school supplies for the children of Onslow County, please contact us at (910)-347-5332, or feel free to drop them off during office hours (8AM - 5PM, Mon-Fri) at 1244 Onslow Pines Rd.
Thank you for the donations, and we hope to see you at the event!
