Jacksonville Onslow Economic Development invites you to the Camp Davis Industrial Park Phase II Groundbreaking Ceremony at noon on Friday, March 18th, 2022! (Please note that Town Hall will be closed from 12pm-1pm for this Ceremony).
On Tuesday night, the Holly Ridge Town Council approved the $1.96M construction contract with Military & Federal Construction for the construction of Camp Davis Industrial Park (CDIP) Phase II. Wasting no time, a pre-construction kick off meeting was held the next day, beginning with the signing of contracts between Holly Ridge and Military & Federal Construction. Work will begin this month and is expected to be completed in October. Demonstrating the demand for sites at CDIP II, six of the eight lots are already spoken for—before groundbreaking!
